The level of detail available in an inspection report may vary depending on the municipality. Scoring methods and grading scales may also vary across municipalities, so scores are color coded based on a normalized score. We fetch our data from local health departments who are responsible for conducting the inspections and transcribing the reports. The source of each inspection is clearly marked at the bottom of each inspection. We try our best to accurately represent the data provided by local governments, and we are not affiliated with any governmental entity.
